Terms & Policies
All offerings at Mindful Living 360 are designed to support personal growth, stress resilience, and mindful well-being. Services are not clinical or medical in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional mental health or medical care.
Programs & Payments
Following the 90-minute Comprehensive Consultation and Intake, prepaid program packages are non-refundable.
Clients who choose to continue after the initial consultation will have the consultation fee applied toward their selected program.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited at the discretion of Mindful Living 360.
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
All client information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect.
Sessions provide a safe, supportive environment grounded in trust, compassion, and professionalism. Information shared during sessions will never be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.
Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that participation in coaching and mindfulness sessions is a personal choice and that results vary based on individual engagement and circumstances. By booking or purchasing services, clients agree to these terms and policies and understand that Mindful Living 360 does not offer clinical or medical treatment.
